Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives, anywhere in Pakistan.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on all orders, all over Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Lahore within 1 working day and usually arrive in 3–5 working days.

How do I know the case will fit my phone?

Every case is made for one specific model. Check the exact model name on your phone (Settings → About phone) and choose the same model on the product page. Not sure? Send us your phone model on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you order.

Are the colors the same as in the photos?

All photos are of real cases. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen brightness.

Can I return or exchange a case?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the case is unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we replace it free of charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

We share your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also message us any time for an update.
